Lake Brooklyn

Lake Brooklyn is the life blood of the town Keystone Heights. The lake is a landmark for the town as you come across a bridge that separates the main lake, and Brookyln Bay. The lake is known for is white sandy beaches and bottom, its crystal-clear water, and its big fish! The lake is great for all watersports and is around 633 acres when full of water. Currently the lakes water surface area is closer to 365 acres, however that is planned to change with the Black Creek Pipeline restoration project. Lake Brooklyn is the main feeder lake to the area’s aquifer and is connected in a chain of lake via Alligator Creek.
